Process Serving Terms & Conditions
By using our process service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Description:
Our service of process service provides legal process serving for individuals, businesses, and law firms. This includes serving legal documents such as summons, complaints, eviction notices, writs, subpoenas and other legal documents to the appropriate parties.
Service Fee:
Our service charges vary depending on the service type, location, and urgency. We invoice every three attempts. We do not offer refunds for attempts on individuals due to the nature and uncertainty of the business, such as unavailable recipients, invalid addresses, etc. However, if we are unable to serve a business or a registered agent, the fee is fully-refundable. For non-account holders all payments must be made upfront, and once we initiate a service, fees are non-refundable.
Service Guarantee:
We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of legal documents due to various factors beyond our control, including the accuracy of the provided address, the availability of the recipient, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to ensure successful delivery and keep you informed of the progress.
Communication:
We will keep you informed throughout the process by providing regular updates regarding the status of your service request. You can contact us at any time during the process to obtain an update or ask any questions.
Confidentiality:
We value and respect your privacy and will always maintain confidentiality regarding all information related to your file. We will ever disclose any of your information to third parties without your permission, except as required by law.
Legal Compliance:
Our process service complies with all applicable state & federal laws and regulations and fully abiding by ethical standards.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our process service, including any legal fees or costs associated with defending against any claim.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our process service.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our service is provided. Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our process service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
By using our process service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Skip Tracing Terms & Conditions
This Skip Tracing Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into by and between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“You” or “the Client”), and Corinthian Legal Services, LLC, with a principal place of business at 2631 Housley Rd. #1247 Annapolis, MD 21401 ("Company").
- Services Provided:
- The Company agrees to provide the Client with a basic skip trace service (the “Services”), which will include an attempt to locate the current address and contact information of the subject, whether an individual or an LLC (the “Subject”) using publicly available records, including but not limited to online directories, voter registration lists, and property records.
- Client Obligations:
- The Client will provide the Company with accurate and complete information about the Subject to be traced, including full name, last known address, and any other relevant details.
- The Client may use our Services for lawful purposes only.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Limitations of Service:
- No Guarantee of Results:
The Company does not guarantee the success of any skip trace Service and will only provide information that is readily accessible through publicly available records.
- Limited Scope:
This service is restricted to basic information only and may not include detailed background checks, criminal history, or financial information.
- No Further Investigation:
The Company will not conduct any additional investigation beyond the initial public record search unless explicitly requested and agreed upon by both parties with an additional fee.
- Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided during the course of this Contract.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect data.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the Service
- We disclaim indirect, consequential, and punitive damages.
- Warranty Disclaimer:
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty.
- Termination:
- Either party may terminate this Contract at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
- Governing Law:
- This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
- Indemnification:
- Client shall indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Breach of Terms
- Unauthorized use of Services
- Violation of applicable laws
- Entire Agreement:
- This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
- These Terms may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
